Below you will find all the essential information on delivery charges, estimated shipping windows and payment methods accepted at VEXON for our home and garden goods. These conditions form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

All prices on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Delivery charges are presented separately during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

Please note: For shipments to destinations outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other charges may apply. These are not collected by VEXON but imposed directly by the customs authorities or carrier in the destination country, and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery windows begin on the date of order confirmation, upon receipt of your payment. Orders submitted on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for despatch the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the following working day.

Where a product is temporarily unavailable, this will be noted on the relevant product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure or industrial action — the stated window may be extended; we will keep you informed without delay.

3. Shipping Partners

Your order will be delivered via one of our established logistics partners:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international shipments)

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking reference so you can follow your delivery at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address you provide is full and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses arising from incorrect address details. Once a parcel has been despatched, changes to the delivery address are regrettably no longer possible.

5. Partial Shipments

On occasion it may be necessary to split an order into separate consignments — for example when individual items become available at different times. No additional delivery charges will be applied in such cases.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted at VEXON:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

We reserve the right to restrict the availability of certain payment methods based on order value, destination country or other objective criteria.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All transactions are conducted via SSL/TLS-encrypted connections. Our payment partners carry PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Payment details are submitted directly to the respective provider — full card information is never stored by VEXON at any stage.

8. Invoicing

An invoice is automatically generated for every order and sent to you by email, containing all legally required information including VAT shown as a separate line item.

9. Issues with Your Delivery

Should your order fail to arrive within the stated window, or if the parcel appears damaged on receipt, please contact us at contact@vexon.com quoting your order number. We will move swiftly to identify and implement the most suitable resolution.
