<h2 style="font-size: 20px; margin-top: 32px;">Your Right of Withdrawal</h2>
<p>You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.</p>
<p>The withdrawal period opens on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods, and closes fourteen days thereafter.</p>
<p>To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by a clear, unambiguous statement — for instance, by email or by post:</p>

<p>Your notice must make your intention to cancel unmistakably clear. You may, if you wish, use the model withdrawal form provided further below — its use is entirely optional.</p>
<p>Provided your withdrawal notice is despatched before the fourteen-day period expires, the deadline is considered met.</p>
<h2 style="font-size: 20px; margin-top: 32px;">Consequences of Withdrawal</h2>
<p>Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you — including standard outbound delivery charges (but not any additional costs arising from your choice of an express or premium delivery option) — without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice.</p>
<p>Reimbursement will as a rule be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fee in connection with the refund.</p>
<p>We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you provide evidence of having sent them — whichever comes first.</p>
<p>Goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of the date you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is observed so long as the goods are despatched before this period lapses.</p>
<p>You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.</p>
<p>You are liable only for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.</p>
<h2 style="font-size: 20px; margin-top: 32px;">Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal</h2>
<p>The right of withdrawal does not extend to contracts for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Goods produced to your individual specifications or clearly adapted to your personal requirements;</li>
<li>Goods liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded;</li>
<li>Sealed goods that cannot be returned on grounds of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been broken after delivery;</li>
<li>Goods that, following delivery, have by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items;</li>
<li>Sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed computer software, whose seal has been opened after delivery.</li>

<h2 style="font-size: 20px; margin-top: 32px;">How the Return Process Works</h2>
<ol>
<li>Drop us a line at contact@vexon.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.</li>
<li>We will acknowledge your request and provide the return address.</li>
<li>Pack the goods securely — the original packaging is preferred wherever possible.</li>
<li>Send the parcel back within fourteen days of notifying us of your withdrawal.</li>
<li>Once the goods have been received and checked, your refund will be issued within fourteen days.</li>
</ol>
<h2 style="font-size: 20px; margin-top: 32px;">Refunds</h2>
<p>Your refund will be issued via the payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between five and ten working days for the sum to appear in your account.</p>
<h2 style="font-size: 20px; margin-top: 32px;">Damaged or Defective Goods</h2>
<p>If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please get in touch within seven days of receipt at contact@vexon.com. Include clear photographs of the problem together with your order number. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you — at your choice — either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.</p>
